The StyleNet Shop will only provide refunds in cases where visible evidential defects are found on the purchased product. We do not offer returns or refunds for any other reason.
If you receive an item with defects, we will offer the following options: a return/replacement of the item(s) or a store credit equivalent to the value of the item(s), which can be used for a future purchase.
Please note that all sales are final due to hygiene reasons.
Return and Exchange Process:
To be eligible for a return and store credit, you must contact us within 24 hours after delivery by sending an email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include clear pictures of the damage. We will assess whether the item needs to be returned to us or discarded. If we require the item to be returned, we will ship out a replacement upon receiving it. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a store credit equivalent to the item's purchase value.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee, and we do not provide return shipping labels.
Reason for No Returns:
We do not accept returns for hygiene reasons. It is important to us that our customers do not wear jewelry that has been previously worn, even if it was only once.
Order Not Delivered or Returned to Sender:
Please ensure that you provide the correct address when placing your order. If your order is returned to us due to an insufficient address error, a $10 shipping fee will be charged to resend the order to the correct address.
