Standard shipping rate for orders below $95 is $10. Orders above $95 qualify for free shipping.
Shipping Method
Our primary shipping method is USPS First Class Mail
Order Processing Times
All non-custom orders are processed within approximately 15 business days (these are not weekends or holidays). Please allow 3-7 business days for processing and shipping preparations.
For custom orders, the total delivery time is approximately 4 to 6 weeks.
The shipping method selected at checkout does not affect the processing time as we do not rush orders. Items in your order may be shipped separately.
Damages/Lost Packages
The StyleNet Shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. (Please record a video during unpacking your package. This can be helpful if there are any discrepancies or issues with the products, as you have evidence of what was received.)
